Cancellation Policy for Appointments and Private Sessions

• Our clinic has a 12 hour cancellation Policy.   We charge 50% of the booked service for any missed scheduled appointment. 
• You need to provide your credit card info to book an appointment.  If we do not see one on file or if it has expired we will contact you. To keep your reserved booking we do require this. 
• You will also receive an e-mail and/or text confirmation of your booking. If you have not please email or contact us 416-469-2100.
• If you need to cancel you can either do it online or e-mail us at info@livingwaterstherapies.ca.
• You will receive an e-mail and/or text confirmation of your cancellation.
