What to expect when visiting an ND in our clinic:
Initial Consult + treatment (90 mins):
An initial visit allows us to get an in-depth look at your whole health picture. We will explore details such as past medical history, family history along with social, emotional, and environmental factors which contributed to your health and well-being. This session can include: mind body counselling, lab testing, acupuncture and/or supplement/dietary/lifestyle recommendations depending on your health goals. You therapist will also guide you to either do a general follow up or a specific follow.
Follow up (60 mins)
Follow up appointments provide an opportunity to review progress, address any evolving health needs and provide ongoing treatments based on your initial assessment. This session can include: mind body counselling, lab testing, acupuncture, cupping and/or supplement/herbal/dietary/lifestyle recommendations depending on your health goals.
