Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture (R.TCMP, R.Ac)

With over 3,000 years of history, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture have been trusted to restore balance, improve overall health, and treat a variety of conditions. Every new client receives a thorough 30–45-minute consultation before the treatment begins to allow for a proper diagnosis, ensuring the most effective approach for their specific health concerns. We provide treatments for:

  • Fertility & Reproductive Health – Supporting natural conception, IVF success, hormone balance, PMS, menopause, and male fertility concerns such as low sperm count and motility.
  • Cosmetic Acupuncture – A gentle, non-invasive way to promote healthy, radiant skin while helping to reduce fine lines and improve skin tone.
  • Pain Relief & Management – Helping with arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, migraines, carpal tunnel, and sports injuries.

TCM/Acupuncture can also help with sciatica, plantar fasciitis, digestive disorders, stress, anxiety, insomnia, allergies, and asthma. Depending on your needs, treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na massage, nutrition advice, and herbal medicine.

Most treatments can be booked for as little as 30 minutes, up to 90 minutes.

Facials

Our Organic Facials are customized to your skin’s needs. We use only Éminence Organic Skin Care (eminenceorganics.com/ca) products to leave your skin refreshed, hydrated, smoothed and softened. Because Éminence uses no harsh chemicals, there’s no downtime between leaving your treatment and facing the world with radiantly beautiful skin.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Fascial Stretch Therapy ™ is an assisted table-based stretching system that focuses on the fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds all structures of the body) as the key element in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.  FST opens the joints and surrounding muscles to create ease on movement and less tension.

FST treats inflexible fascia at the deepest level – the joint capsule, making the layers of this tissue become more pliable, hydrated and increasing joint range of motion. Other benefits of FST range from improved posture, release of endorphins, reduction of muscles soreness and tension

The session takes place on a massage table with the client fully clothed and incorporates comfortable straps used to stabilize the limbs or part of the body not being worked on. This facilitates relaxation and enhances the effectiveness of the technique.

Fertility Treatments

Acupuncture can be used to enhance the success of in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments. It is recommend to start regular acupuncture treatments at least 2 months prior to the beginning an IVF cycle and to continue for 1 to 2 times a week until the day of the transfer. Acupuncture IVF treatments can be continued if the IVF cycle is successful to prevent miscarriages and support a healthy pregnancy.

Naturopathy & Mental Health Counselling

Naturopathy is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

It emphasizes a holistic approach to health, considering the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person’s well-being.
